Return Policy
At Zaluva we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal according to the terms below.

Before you begin the return process, we always ask you to contact us at:

Please provide the order number, reason for the return and, if relevant, attach pictures or videos of the product.
Return period
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receipt of the goods, without having to give any reason.
Return policy
For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
- The product may only be tested to the extent necessary to assess its properties and must be returned in its original condition.
- The product must be complete, including any accessories.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- If the product is damaged or used beyond what is necessary for normal inspection, the return may be refused.
Return procedure
- Contact customer service via support@zaluva.se.
- Once the return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the product carefully to avoid damage during transport.
- Send the package using a trackable shipping method.
- After shipment, please send the tracking number to our email address.
Return costs
The costs of return shipping are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
The cost depends on the selected carrier and shipping location.
Return handling
Once we have received the returned product and checked its condition, we will send you a confirmation email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be made within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the original order.
Exceptions to the right of return
Returns are not possible for the following products:
- custom-made or personalized products;
- products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as underwear or swimwear, if the hygiene seal has been broken;
- products where the return request is made after the 30-day period has expired.
Important information
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned product is securely packaged during transport.
We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking capabilities and save the shipping confirmation until the process is complete.
Return of goods by refusing to accept delivery at the door is not permitted.
