Most of our suppliers are located in Asia, so the shipping time may be slightly longer depending on the product you ordered.

Products shipped from Europe: approx. 3–7 business days
Products shipped from the USA/Asia: approx. 6–14 business days

By shipping directly from our suppliers, we save significantly on storage, transportation, and packaging costs. This allows us to offer you products at a reasonable price while covering the shipping costs ourselves.

Are any products missing from your order? How is that possible?

Since we work with different suppliers, it is possible that products are shipped separately. If items are missing from your package, you will most likely receive them within an additional 2 to 3 days.

What are the shipping costs?

We cover the shipping costs of your order.

In promotions where we offer free products, we apply a $6.95 shipping fee to cover logistical costs.

Yes, you may return unused and undamaged products within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason.
